Great for those who want value and comfort
The lady running the place was really caring, even offered us extra breakfast when we asked. The location was a short walk from everything, made our trips around so much easier.
Not the cheapest option around, but still reasonable.

easy access to attractions and parks for weekend strolls
During my stay, I loved how close the comedy carpet and the beautiful Stanley Park were, making it so easy to enjoy leisurely walks and explore the local sights. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, which made my time there feel more welcoming. While the accommodations could use a bit of an upgrade, the proximity to such fantastic attractions really made up for it.

The owner, Marissa, was exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist, making our stay comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Blackpool, but the TV signal was poor, limiting our relaxation time in the room.

The entrance area feels clean and has a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival. If assigned a decent room, its location offers promising potential for a budget-friendly stay right in the heart of town.
The overall experience was marred by significant issues. First, parking arrangements were confusing, leaving us struggling to find a spot after being misinformed about availability. Check-in delays were frustrating, with long waits and confusion around room assignments. We found ourselves taken to a second property that felt below expectations, and the presence of someone else's belongings in the room was unsettling. The property had a general smell of greasy cooking, which didn’t exactly enhance the ambiance, and potential guests might find the decor tacky and lacking character.

I was really impressed with my stay. the bed was super comfy and the room was clean and cozy. I enjoyed the peace and quiet plus the lovely garden where I relaxed with a good book. The only bummer was no towels provided, so don’t forget to bring your own! 😊

Had a blast with my friends here, close to the beach and the Opera House Theatre. The staff was friendly and the breakfast helped us kick off our days. The overall atmosphere was fun and relaxed, perfect for our group getaway!
The only downside was that one of the showers was tough to regulate, making it tricky to get the right temperature. A bit of an inconvenience, but it didn't ruin our experience!

Upon arrival, the unkempt exterior and filthy windows set an unfortunate tone. The twin room was shockingly tiny, resembling a cramped box with barely enough space for two beds. The shower was hardly accessible for an adult, and everything felt dirty, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Despite discovering some fresh fish nearby, the deplorable state of both rooms prompted us to leave immediately in search of better accommodations.

Great location, bad experience
We booked this place hoping for a chill night in Blackpool, but things went wrong. We arrived and found no parking. When we finally checked in, the room was already occupied! The lady was nice, but it felt all over the place. The dining area looked fine, though. Just be careful and get confirmation before you go.

Cleanliness and service need serious improvement
My stay was quite disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service. The room had issues with dampness and the bedding was unwashed, which made the experience uncomfortable. the owner was unhelpful when approached about problems, making it hard to enjoy the stay. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

It was just a well-suited match for a city trip in Blackpool with good value for cost. The mattress was uncomfortable, and it didn't fit the bed properly. Make sure to check cleanliness before settling in.
